A dove sees the poor little bee and wants to help her. Quickly she takes a leaf and drops it into the water near the bee. The bee can get on to the leaf and then fly away.
Another day the dove wants to build a nest. But a boy sees her flying here and there to get leaves for her nest.
"If I throw a stone at that dove, I make her fall", he thinks and he picks up a stone. But the bee sees him and stings him on his hand, the boy jumps and drops the stone.
And the dove says to her little friend: "Thank you so much, dear little bee. You are a good friend. I am very grateful to you."
A friend in need is a friend indeed!
